Extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil of our farm is the result of a careful respect of traditions and colture through pure organic methods.

Young trees, complete absence of synthetic or chemical products (usually used by other farmers to speed and increase the production), perfect temperature and the collection of each olive by hand gives the product a genuine essence, strong and with fruit flavour, very good either for meats or for fish meals.
Only cultures are Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice, typical from Sicily.

Process to make oil still belongs to old tradition principles so to have an oil with very low acidity. Colour, taste and perfume are the top elements of the 'Grotta di Masi' Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

To enjoy its qualities at their best have a try with no add just on a slice of bread.. just great!

The pistachio
Among the several products offered by Ciuci's is the pistacchio.
This fruit has very old origins. It was first cultivated here in Sicily more than a millennium ago and was imported by Arabs from Middle East.
Pistachio culture here at Ciuci's is made through a strong control to keep it completely organic and natural with no synthetic or chemical adds.
Harvest is made in September and, after being taken out of its shell, is dried at the strong Sicilian sun to become naturally crunchy.
Ciuci's sell them in small amount, well preserved in nice packs to preserve their qualities for longer periods.



Pistacchio

Donkey milk
Donkey milk is one of the most important and essential food for several consumers. It is strongly suggested for people allergic to milk coming from cows. It is also suggested to people with heart diseases or with immunological troubles.

Milk of donkeys is also the only natural milk can able to substitute human milk for babies. It is easy to be digested, has a high percentage of vitamins, minerals and a right quantity of lactose.

Milk of donkeys can be taken also as rare milk for luxury breakfast. And it is natural. At Ciuci's donkeys are daily milked through the organic and natural method. Here as well there are no add of chemical or synthetic products. It is all natural.
